It is important that patients know that all NHS walk-in centre services, whoever they are managed by, are delivered to the same high standard of care.
The NHS identity has a recognition rate of over 95% among the public and carries high levels of trust and credibility. Using the NHS corporate identity correctly and consistently shows the public and patients that NHS walk-in centres run by the independent sector are part of the NHS family, and that they are providing NHS services in line with NHS values.
On stationery, patient information materials and leaflets, you need to give a clear explanation of the relationship between your organisation and the NHS. The recommended line is:
